October 2024
First tool deployed in the field
We built the first version of our Inventory tool and piloted it at Clínica Tepati, putting real software in the hands of a student-run clinic for the first time.
October 3–5, 2025
Society of Student-Run Free Clinics Conference, Chicago
We presented Civica Health at SSRFC 2025, with over 500 clinics in attendance. The response confirmed what we had been building toward: clinics everywhere need infrastructure that works for them.
2026
A full clinic operating system
We expanded well beyond inventory, building out EMRs, scheduling, rostering, billing, and patient management tools so that clinics can run every part of their operation on Civica Health.
October 17–19, 2026
Society of Student-Run Free Clinics Conference, Los Angeles
